His organization is a registered 501 C3 non-profit organization. Sam has made it his mission to spread awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and to help raise funds to advance research in hopes of finding a cure. Mission Stadiums for Multiple Sclerosis creates public events, often at Major League Baseball Stadiums, to help increase awareness of those among us who are suffering from this disease so they do not suffer in silence.
